This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance, and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer serviceWill assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactionsPerforms food-handling and service dutiesAnswers questions relating to all F&B productsAny other tasks that may be assignedEDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GEDCash-handling experience preferredCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Willingness to obtain a Food Handler’s & Alcohol Awareness card within 30 days of hireQUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years oldMust have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiriesMust have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using POS computers for inputting transactionsMust have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to upsell itemsMust be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English languageMust be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environmentAt Holiday Inn Club Vacations, we believe in strengthening families.
