Accounting Manager
Location : Fresno, CA
Salary : Up to $115,000
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Fresno, CA, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead their accounting team and oversee day-to-day financial operations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take on a leadership role in a growing organization.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting efficiency and professional growth
- Partner with management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation for internal controls
