Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions related to claims, coverage, and health plan protocols
Maintain thorough call documentation and professionalism while managing multiple interactions
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center
3+ years of overall customer service experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree or recent work toward a degree is preferred
Prior experience across multiple customer service channels such as calls, chat, text, and email
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to various systems
