Qualifications :

1. Certifications : IRS PTIN and Maryland registered tax preparer

2. Experience : Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of tax codes and regulations.

3. Software Proficiency : Familiarity with tax preparation software and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.

4. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

5. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free tax filings.

6. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
