Filter Tech (Entry Level)

Job Summary

Assists service technicians help with change Filter on HVAC Commercial Systems.

Essential Duties

• Collaborates with other technicians to effectively maintain and change filter on HVAC System.
• Ensures timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork.
• Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Works on and completes all facility team-based goals.
• Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
• Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.

0-2 years

Methods and principles of general building maintenance.

Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Good communication skills (oral and written).

Must be punctual and dependable.

Must have basic computer skills.
