Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities,

has an excellent and immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician for ASM Global / Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load various software updates
• Provide maintenance on various computer hardware
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the operations room
• Track inventory of computer-related supplies
• Answer Help Desk Calls professionally and courtesily
• All other duties as assigned
