Unique learning is delivered through the Linda McClain Clinical Institute which offers over 100 free live CEU training options yearly. In addition, caregivers receive free access to Relias- a platform which offers over 1000 self-guided continued education opportunities.

The Life Skills Clinician (LSC) will engage with individuals and families to improve their health and wellness, live self-directive lives, and strive to reach their full potential. The LSC monitors and provides care coordination and life skills training and development, in collaboration with the care team, to youth and / or adults with co-occurring mental health and / or substance use disorders- including those with serious and persistent mental illness. Bachelor's Degree required

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary care team by supporting the comprehensive psycho-social assessments.
• Ability to help clients regulate emotions.
• Document services provided in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) based on policies and procedures.
• When necessary, will transport clients in personal vehicle s as well as, when necessary, transport client medications to clients.

• Collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

• Comply with all applicable Behavioral Health Care Service policies and procedures.
