Senior Underwriter

A company is looking for a Senior Servicing Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite agency, jumbo, and FHA loans to meet company and investor guidelines

Review mortgage applications for accuracy and ensure compliance with HUD and GSE requirements

Conduct risk-based reviews of loans, input data into underwriting modules, and perform compliance reviews

Required Qualifications

Experience with automated loan origination and underwriting systems

2+ years of experience underwriting complex financial statements

2+ years of experience preparing cash flows for partnerships, s-corporations, and corporations

Knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations

Proficiency in Excel and Word
