Summary : The Senior Automation Field Supervisor is the onsite leader for hyperscale and colocation data center builds ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW. You will orchestrate multi-disciplinary technical field crews—BAS technicians, PLC Software Engineers, SCADA Engineers, low voltage electricians, and commissioning agents—to deliver fully integrated PLC, DDC, and SCADA solutions on aggressive speed to market schedules.

You will oversee all execution on site, including installation, BIM team coordination, L2 install testing, L3 start-up, Level 4 functional testing, and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for BAS / PLC / SCADA scope.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field AND :
• 8+ years of experience with hands-on installation, testing, validation, construction management, subcontractor management, and troubleshooting of PLC-based BAS and EPMS automation systems in mission-critical buildings.
