Role Overview

The Assistant Branch Manager directs the workflow of Customer Service Representatives and assists with the overall duties and responsibilities of the branch. You will assist the Branch Manager in assessing branch needs and conduct meetings with your staff. You will work with leadership to train, develop, and mentor Customer Service Representatives to be proficient and accurate in their work. This position serves at the Scottsburg, Indiana, BMV Branch Office. Branch hours are :

Sunday : Closed

Monday : Closed

Tuesday : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm

Wednesday : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Thursday : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Friday : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Saturday : 9 : 00 am - 12 : 30 pm

Salary : The salary for this position traditionally starts at $47,320 annually and may be commensurate with education and experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package. A day in the life of this role includes :

• Overseeing the branch's daily operations.
• Conducting meetings with branch staff.
• Assisting leadership with scheduling for the branch.
• Assisting with the daily opening and closing of the branch.
• Completing weekly reports.
• Completing daily records for all balances and deposits.
• Aiding leadership in the resolution of escalated customer complaints.
• Partnering with Branch Manager and HR staff to ensure training, development, evaluation, and discipline is completed in accordance with policy.
• Monitoring BMV inventory and office supplies.
