Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Builder to join our team in Tampa, FL. This temp-to-perm position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical skills who are comfortable using hand and basic power tools to assemble water treatment equipment

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble water treatment equipment following blueprints and work instructions.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks.
  • Inspect and test assembled equipment for quality assurance.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements :

  • Basic mechanical skills with experience in hand and power tool usage.
  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate weights as required for assembly.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
