About Your Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Marketing Associate to execute our field marketing strategy, focusing on planning and managing hosted events and collaborating with channel partners on joint marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships and creating impactful experiences that generate leads and strengthen our partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Hosted and Channel Event Management : Lead planning and execution of events, coordinate logistics, develop communication plans, support co-branded events, and track performance.
• Marketing & Lead Management : Act as a brand ambassador, capture leads, and collaborate with sales for effective follow-up.
• Administrative & Budgetary : Manage marketing budget, maintain event calendar, prepare reports, and organize materials.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $71,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness coverage, family support, flexible time off, paid leave, retirement plans, home office stipends, and professional development stipends.
