Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist, performs various personal care services for patients in the home setting using a patient specific care plan to facilitate the patient's self-care and independence with activities of daily living. Responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience
One (1) year of personal care experience
License / Registration / Certifications
State certification for Home Health Aide training program and competency and is listed on the South Carolina state registry
Valid SC driver's license with good driving record
CPR certification
