Kamco Supply Corp. of Boston is New England's largest one stop source and distributor of commercial building products including acoustical ceiling systems, architectural doors and hardware, drywall, steel framing, insulation, and exterior systems. With locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.

We are seeking to add an administrative assistant to our Fleet & Safety Department.

We want someone willing to play an essential role in supporting and working for our Fleet and Safety Coordinators while ensuring smooth operations across departments and branches. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is well organized, proactive, self-motivated and ready to grow.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents daily
• Scheduling
• Coordinate team meetings and safety events
• Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication
• Handle quarterly audits and reports with distribution to branches
• Communicate with branches on tasks and reports
