Ohio Licensed Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel specializing in Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on project financing, including tax equity and debt financing

Draft, review, and negotiate various financing agreements and documents

Provide legal guidance on capital raises and risk management strategies

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

7+ years of legal experience in project finance and energy transactions

Strong knowledge of debt and equity financing structures

Experience negotiating complex project agreements and financing documents

Understanding of FERC, IRS, DOE, and state-level energy regulations
