Exciting opportunity for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join with a board-certified geriatrician who will guide you every step of the way. Our goal is to change the way older folks receive healthcare so they stop getting lost in the shuffle.
On-site visits at Assisted Living Facilities / Independent Senior Living Apartments throughout Middle Tennessee. Can do part-time or full-time. ZipRecruiter makes me pick a city but we have opportunities in Hendersonville, Nashville, Brentwood, Green Hills, Bellevue, Antioch, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Hermitage and other opportunities within Middle Tennessee are always turning up!
Payment is per visit after completion of documentation on a bimonthly basis. Payment is $35-$45 per visit. The ability to take call is available on an "as needed" basis and pays $250 / week with additional compensation for any visits done during the night. You are also paid $1 / minute for any work done outside of a visit on non-visit days.
A Tennessee medical license, active DEA number, laptop / smart phone are required. Long-term care / assisted living experience preferred. Medical malpractice insurance can be provided if needed. Benefits not currently available as this is an independent contractor position 1099. Experience in taking care of geriatric patients preferred but not required as training and access to geriatric expertise will always be available.
