What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing on-site care at Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Senior Living Apartments across Middle Tennessee
• Working part-time or full-time—your choice!
• Locations include Hendersonville, Nashville, Brentwood, Green Hills, Franklin, Bellevue, Antioch—and new opportunities pop up all the time
Compensation & Perks
• $35-$50 per completed visit (paid bi-monthly)
• Optional call coverage: $500/pay period ($1000/month)
• $1/minute for non-visit work on non-visit days
• Malpractice insurance available if needed
What You’ll Need
• Tennessee medical license and active DEA
• Laptop and smartphone
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus—but not required
• Passion for working with older adults (we’ll support you with training and geriatric expertise)
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, so benefits aren’t included—but autonomy, purpose, and a supportive team absolutely are.
