JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title : Housekeeping Room Attendant

Job Overview

The purpose of this position is to ensure the cleanliness of rooms. The Room Attendant / Housekeeper position will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping associates play an important role for their home-away-from home experience for each of our guests every day.

Responsibilities :

• Acknowledges and greets guests in public areas with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Review daily inventory of arrivals and departures to the property.
• Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
• Responsible for dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens for rooms assigned.
• Responsible for cleaning bathrooms, beds, picture fames, furniture and common areas.
• Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time frames.
• Comply with all resort safety guidelines.
• Pick up ground litter around hotel or anything visible.
• May perform other duties requested by supervisor.

Position Requirements / Experience :

Housekeeping related experience

Customer service experience

Must be very detail orientated.

Ability to multi-task

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
