Position Type : Full Time Pay Rate : $17.68 / Hour Job Schedule : Day Time Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities : Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity in and around the commercial real estate location. Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management to address concerns and relay important information. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local authorities during emergency situations as directed by site protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site policy. What We're Looking For : Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements : A minimum of 5 years of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
