Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Graphic Designer to join the Lighting Sector Kenall Team in Kenosha, WI .

What Will You Do?

• Lead the design process from concept development to final production, guiding the team through project creative to develop innovative and visually appealing solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to collaboratively define design themes and ensure the cohesive execution of campaign assets.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards across all design outputs.
• Proven expertise in design and project management for content creation including print and digital collateral, motion graphics, product & lifestyle imagery and illustrations.
• Manage vendor relationships, including obtaining quotes, providing clear project direction, and overseeing revisions to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Develop tradeshow concepts and themes, promotional merchandising displays and materials, providing dimensions, layouts and artwork to vendors as required.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principals, supporting digital team with web page design concepts, graphics, and product images. Assist in planning future website improvements.
• Assist with video development with set ideas & shot refinement as needed. Perform other similar and related duties as required.
• Create presentation materials for internal and external customers, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Possesses strong design eye for detail and composition and messaging.
• Maintains strong awareness of the competitive landscape, while constantly searching for new creative ideas and inspiration.
• Other duties as assigned.
