AI Intern

We are seeking an AI Intern to join our team in Washington, DC, to help our staff work through intelligent automation. This is a unique opportunity to help develop cutting-edge AI agent technologies, working directly with our team to transform their workflows and ideas into automated solutions.

This position will work directly with our AI leadership team. Interns are paid, and schedules will be built based on their availability. Interns will be scheduled for approximately 20-40 hours per week. Interns must be located in Washington, DC, and work in our Dupont Circle office Monday through Thursday (option to be remote on Friday).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our AI Intern, you'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and organizational efficiency, building AI-powered solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity across every division of our company :

Agent Development & Implementation :

• Collaborate with TMG staff to understand daily challenges and translate requirements into functional AI-powered solutions
• Design and build intelligent agents using n8n or Claude Code
