About The Role

Responsible for working as part of a team that supports the delivery of technology services to the organization and ensuring an appropriate level of service is delivered.

What You Will Do

• Provides support for Pathwards technologies and recommends improvements.
• Works closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality and operational support functions.
• Contributes to estimates on work in a timely manner and delivers against them.
• Administrator for end user technologies including workstation design, installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Performs system integration testing of operating systems, related utilities and hardware.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

Salary range : $43,000 $70,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidates experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
