The System Support Specialist provides in-depth testing and support of critical systems at New Wave Group North America.

Job Location

This position will be remote and will include frequent travel to Seattle through 2026. Travel may also include other locations throughout North America. Initially this position will require being onsite at our Seattle Fulfillment Center for several weeks as we migrate to Infor WMS and integrate other systems.

Responsibilities

• Support of our Embroidery Development and Scheduling Software. This includes Testing, Upgrades, Debugging and End-user support.
• Design, test and support labels and hangtags for our VAS department, as well as custom labels and forms used by the WMS.
• System Support Specialist will help support and manage the Companys Warehouse Management System Infor WMS at our Fulfillment centers located in Dallas, TX (DFC) Seattle, Washington (SFC) and Toronto, Canada (TFC). The position also collaborates with others in the IT organization to support and administer various other software applications used throughout the FC that interface with the warehouse management system. Interface with local super-users and provide end user support.
• Collaborates with local super-users for secondary coverage of Kardex (AutoStore middleware) & Put wall.
