Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our flagship Visitor Management product. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping the product vision, driving execution, and building a high-performing Growth team. Your work will focus on scaling adoption, improving user experience, and driving measurable impact across key metrics—Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement, and Monetization.

Mission / Outcomes

We are actively scaling two core product lines : Visitor Management and Workplace Solutions. As the lead PM for one or both of these platforms, you’ll play a central role in defining and executing the strategy that extends our market leadership and enhances integration across enterprise environments.

Our goal is to build the most productive workplace experience for both in-office and hybrid teams. This includes :

  • Optimizing space utilization with smart desk and room booking tools
  • Leveraging real-time presence data to support emergency alerts and workplace safety
  • Creating seamless, integrated systems for large enterprises

We are also investing in AI to deliver a workplace assistant that anticipates user needs and removes friction from daily workflows. As our AI agent evolves, it will act as a proactive expert—simplifying tasks before they become roadblocks.

Success in this role is critical to future growth, scalability, and product leadership.

What You Bring

  • Ownership Mentality :  You take full responsibility for outcomes, act with urgency, and hold yourself and others to high standards.
  • Product Craftsmanship :  You care deeply about quality and always strive to build something exceptional—even in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Startup Agility :  You thrive in undefined spaces and adapt quickly. You're energized by the speed and impact of startup life.
  • Customer Empathy :  You're a thoughtful listener and keen observer. You understand both what users say and what they need—even if they don’t say it directly.
  • Data-Driven Curiosity :  You ask smart questions, clearly define problems, and seek out input from diverse sources to build thoughtful, high-impact solutions.
  • What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years of experience in a product growth role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving significant product-led growth and user engagement
  • Experience scaling freemium or PLG (product-led growth) models
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
  • Experience in early-stage companies or as the first PM hire
