Due to growth , Crossover Health is seeking a PRN / As Needed Family Nurse Practitioner or Family Physician at our Pepsico Purchase NY Clinic Our clinic is open M-F 8am -5pm so must have availability to cover full 8hr shifts as needed during these hours . Outpatient Primary Care and availability during the week is required
