Revenue Integrity Program Manager

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conducts reviews and audits of charge capture practices and provides education to clinical staff

Ensures compliance and consistency in the Charge Description Master (CDM) and evaluates CDM requests

Leads projects to enhance revenue capture and improve charge capture processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university

Five years of progressively responsible experience in a related field

Proficient in hospital and professional revenue cycle operations

Knowledge of coding conventions and third-party payer rules and regulations

Certifications such as COC, CPC-H, CCS, or RHIT / RHIA are preferred
