General Function :

Partner with business units, IT teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical architectures that support operational efficiency and innovation.

Essential Area of Responsibility :

Partner with business units to understand operational challenges and propose technology-based solutions that align with company goals.

Design, implement, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and SharePoint to streamline processes and automate tasks.

Support proposal development by creating templates, advising on technical feasibility, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring documentation consistency.

Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to enhance business efficiency and drive innovation.

Provide training and support to staff on internal tools, workflows, and best practices.

Document solution designs, workflows, and architectural blueprints to ensure clarity and maintain institutional knowledge.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Lead technology selection and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.

Offer guidance during implementation phases to maintain architectural integrity and ensure successful deployment.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that deliver business value.

Preferred Skills :

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business platforms.

Education / Certifications / Experience / Skills :

5+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or solution engineering.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), enterprise systems, and integration patterns.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint, and Teams.

Experience with proposal development or technical writing is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.

Pay Rate :

The annual base salary range for this position is estimated between

95k-105k . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PE Systems considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
