Oxford is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Emma Kaufmann Camp in Morgantown, WV.

The Oxford Maintenance Technician at the Emma Kaufmann Camp reports to the Operations & Maintenance Supervisor and will support the efforts of the Property Management team, with primary duties and responsibilities to maintain the property which includes timely completion of work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.

Relationships

• Reports daily to the Operations & Maintenance Supervisor who has the primary authority to determine the exact day-to-day duties of the technician.
• Work with other maintenance staff and outside vendors.
