Senior Project Engineer - CEI

Job Description

To expand our current CEI operations, Dewberry is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for FDOT CEI pursuits throughout Florida. The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for leading the construction management and quality control team in administering all aspects related to FDOT projects in accordance with FDOT standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEI project pursuits
• Provide leadership to the construction management team
• Lead continuous staff improvement and training
• Prepare monthly project status report
• Manage and administer QA / QC program
• Lead project progress meetings
• Provide contract administrative support services
• Oversee project inspectors and support staff including subconsultants
• Evaluate project claims, delays and coordinate timely resolution with client
• Develop cost estimates and budgets
• Resolve project issues with the client
