Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in a related field. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT project coordination or junior project management. Direct experience coordinating IT infrastructure implementation projects. Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and the confidence to lead daily stand-up meetings. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar. Excellent communication and organizational skills. MUST be able to work onsite 4 days per week in Tarrytown, NY 10 Days PTO Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Matching 401k Pay Range : $70 / hr - $80 / hr
Links Technology is seeking a driven IT Project Manager to join our client's Pharma / Biotech team in Tarrytown, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level project manager to coordinate and support key IT infrastructure projects . The ideal candidate will be a highly organized "doer" who excels at managing schedules, facilitating team communication, and ensuring project milestones are met in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager :
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure everything stays on schedule and within budget.
- Track and report on project progress, proactively identifying and communicating any risks or issues to stakeholders.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and other Agile / Scrum ceremonies to ensure clear communication and alignment across the project team.
- Support the project team by managing documentation, coordinating with third-party vendors, and resolving logistical challenges.
- Communicate project status updates effectively to both technical team members and business stakeholders.
