Summary

Schedules production within assigned departments to effectively meet on-time delivery of customer requirements while maximizing departmental utilizations and efficiencies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Planning and analysis of weekly and daily schedules
• Monitor error reports / correct as required.
• Establish priorities of production requirements.
• Implement and monitor KANBAN components and measure compliance
• Analyze capacity to meet scheduled demand.
• Identify and resolve scheduling errors or deficiencies.
• Expedite exceptional requirements as needed.
• Know status of critical tools / machines.
• Establish operating procedures with supporting documentation as required.
• Familiarity with all aspects of material handling and shipping requirements.

Education and / or Experience
