Covenant Roofing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roof Repair Technician to join our Service and Repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems. As a Roof Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the longevity and safety of our clients' roofs by delivering high-quality repair services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect and Diagnose Roof Issues : Perform thorough inspections to identify leaks, damaged shingles, flashing issues, and other roofing problems.
• Execute Repairs : Repair a variety of roofing systems, including shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs. This includes replacing shingles, repairing leaks, and addressing any structural issues.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the scope of repairs needed and answering any questions they may have.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of work performed, including materials used, time spent on repairs, and any additional observations.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all repairs meet company standards and client expectations by performing final inspections and addressing any remaining issues.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Service and Repair Department Manager and other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications :

Driver's License : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
