Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) License and bring experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, preferably within the brokerage setting . This role requires excellent relationship management skills, strong technical insurance knowledge, and a dedication to delivering exceptional client service. The salary range is between $60,000 and $70,000 annually and will vary depending on the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Key Responsibilities Manage a designated book of commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and accuracy. Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and client correspondence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters. Identify coverage gaps, suggest enhancements, and assist with marketing renewals. Complete the quote submission process and prepare proposals for producers and executive management. Provide responsive, high-quality service & support to clients at all times. Maintain compliance with agency standards and carrier requirements. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License (Required) Minimum 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience, brokerage setting preferred. Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage forms, and market trends. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to exceptional client care.
