Lead Financial Analyst for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )

Compensation : $115,000 - $190,000 Annual Salary

Position Description :

We are looking for a knowledgeable Lead Financial Analyst for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Toms River NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Lead Financial Analyst :

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA / CPA / CFA preferred)
• 5–8+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance (healthcare / SNF preferred)
• Expertise in forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills; effective with executives and stakeholders
• Adaptable, problem-solver, thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Proven career progression with interest in leadership roles (manager / controller track)
