About the role

We’re looking for a Data Scientist with a customer mindset to join our growing data team and help transform raw, messy datasets into structured, useful data products that drive both internal insights and customer-facing features.

In this role, you won’t just build - you’ll define, shape, and deliver . You’ll work directly with stakeholders and subject matter experts to scope opportunities, refine vision, and deliver data-powered solutions across our intelligent pay products and internal tools . A major focus will be integrating priority datasets, market benchmarks, and proprietary compensation data into scalable and innovative product experiences.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting our AI Center of Excellence , helping to prototype and deliver AI-powered tools that enhance internal workflows and organizational productivity. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience building with generative AI - whether through LLM integrations, prompt engineering, or building lightweight tools and agents.
