What you'll do
Manage systems relationship with vendors related to mortgage LOS
Manage Loan Origination System - develop test protocols; establish testing project plans; organize resources and communicate changes; administer user access
Support mortgage product design, implementation, and operation, and assist with other lending product design
Support other lending-related systems and applications, such as MeridianLink and Student Choice
Maintain custom forms and extracts for 3rd party integrations
Complete market rate surveys and maintain consumer and real estate rates
Deliver product, procedural and system training on lending, loan processing and numerous other topics to specific workgroups
Create high-quality print and web-based curriculum, manuals and job aids, often under short time constraints
Facilitate and customize training programs for lenders and other staff to meet operational needs
Review internal Policies and Procedures for accuracy and clarity
Create an outstanding employee training experience
Manage SAFE (Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing) Act policy, program, and compliance for both real estate loan officers and consumer loan officers
Manage third party Quality Control process / relationship
Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly / adhoc reports via multiple data sources and methods, which includes developing, executing, and maintaining complex queries from multiple systems / reporting tools, loading loan level data into reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and preparing / delivering standard and custom reports for senior management
Manage data requests for regulatory and financial audits / reviews
Analyze results and trends, reporting to senior management as needed
Serve as liaison to the AACU Marketing and Business Development teams
Perform other duties, as assigned

Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study or equivalent work experience
Minimum five years' experience in a financial / banking institution with a strong working knowledge of lending / deposit products, processes, policies and services
Experience in real estate including lending compliance, underwriting, processing and closing
Experience with mortgage loan operating systems
Experience with underwriting concepts, consumer credit reports and origination systems
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
Knowledge of system management and testing process and proficiency in data reporting tools
Ability to manage projects in accordance with short and long range objectives
Ability to assist with coordinating training related to product and process enhancements
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
Ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff and work closely with multiple departments
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, planning and organizational skills, along with capacity for attention to detail
Skilled in project management with the ability to manage all aspects of a training class
Knowledge of credit union lending procedures
Ability to demonstrate excellent presentation skills
Ability to motivate a class of adult learners
Ability to recognize when employees require additional help
Ability to display a passion for helping employees excel in serving our members
Ability to match appropriate products and services with members
Ability to take complicated information and deliver it in an easy to remember format
