Job Description

• The Manufacturing Engineer will be performing engineering tasks to facilitate process improvements, support production deliveries, and integrate / transition new product lines for DoD products including missile canisters, unmanned aero structures, and electronics packaging.
• They will also focus on product and process quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE :

3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in an assembly or build to print environment

3+ years of experience leading or participating in Kaizen events or Continuous Improvement projects

3+ years of experience applying Six Sigma principles to manufacturing processes

3+ years of experience with 3D CAD software (Catia is a plus)

Experience working within ERP systems

US Citizen or Green Card holder

BS in Engineering

NICE TO HAVE :

Experience with structural design or assembly

Six Sigma Certification

Experience with manufacturing to customer specs
