Part-Time to Full-Time | $23-$24 / hr to start | South Pasadena & San Marino

Encore Music is a fast-growing, family-run music school serving over 400 weekly students. Were looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-loving team member to join our supportive and fun admin crew!

What Youll Do :

• Welcome families, answer inquiries, and help students enroll
• Manage scheduling, email, and phone communication
• Update website schedule & teacher calendars
• Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
• Work closely with teachers and the director to bring our mission to life

Ideal Candidate :

Outgoing and Great with kids and parents

Excellent communicator (verbal + written)

Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented

Loves music, education, and working with a team

Comfortable juggling tasks and solving problems with a smile

Schedule :

To start first month : M / Tu / Th 28pm + every other Sat 7 : 454pm (with room to grow to full time by 2nd month based on performance)
