This position is responsible mainly for developing and nurturing new business opportunities by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This position is also taking a lead role by collaborating with various stakeholders / subject matter experts to develop proposals and presentations to fulfill customers' needs. This position identifies trends to build sales pipelines in accordance with targets.
1. Sales Activities
(1) Sales Pipeline Development & Lead Generation
Expand the customer pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, including networking and market intelligence gathering.Build relationships with key stakeholders in local communities, such as government agencies, law firms, and accounting firms, to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities.(2) Sales Execution & Account Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Execute sales activities for talent acquisition, outsourcing, consulting, and other new business services.Build strong relationships with clients by deeply understanding their company goals, organizational structures, decision-making processes, and pain points.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.Drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing concerns and ensuring seamless service delivery.Develop strategic account plans to expand existing business and identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities.(3) Sales Administration & Operational Support
Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and reporting documents.Manage sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating signatures.Support business development initiatives through research and data analysis.Requirement :1. Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredThree years of service development / sales experience is preferred2. Language Skills
Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).3. Other Skills
