Strategic Workforce Planner III

The Strategic Workforce Planner III will support Cleveland Clinic's enterprise-wide workforce strategy by developing data-driven, actionable plans that align with future capacity and capability needs. The role combines consulting, analytics, and project management to inform strategic decisions across hospitals, institutes, and departments. This role will work alongside other Planners and Strategic Workforce Analysts, focused on a segment of the Cleveland Clinic workforce, and will report to the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule Monday-Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. Three days on-site at the Beachwood Administrative Campus and two days remote.
A caregiver who excels in this role will :
- Partner closely with Clinic hospitals, institutes, and departments and become a subject matter expert on their strategies, challenges, and workforces.
- Blending skills in consulting, analytics, planning, and research, planners will work with clinical and non-clinical leaders to ensure they have the workforce capacity and capabilities to achieve their strategic goals.
- Leverage strong analytical skills to digest large amounts of data and extract key insights to inform work (including scenario modeling, data visualization to support storytelling).
- Integrate internal workforce data as well as external benchmarking and forecasting technology to envision the future roles, capabilities, and capacity Cleveland Clinic will need.
- Conceptualize, create, and deliver presentations on research findings and planning recommendations to diverse audiences, weaving the work from across the team into cohesive and digestible products.
- Create data-driven and actionable roadmaps for our hospitals, institutes, and departments to build future-ready workforces.
- Actively develop several strategic workforce planning projects simultaneously.
- Drive planning engagements forward with strong project management skills to stay on schedule.
- Bring a collaborative approach to work including partnering with key stakeholders such as Finance, Strategy, Talent Acquisition, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include :
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years in consulting, analytics, strategic planning, or healthcare management OR High School Diploma and seven years of experience OR Master's degree and two years' experienceProject management with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagementsAnalytical and data literacy (comfortable interpreting, questioning, and storytelling with data)Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiencesPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include :
Master's DegreePrior experience within healthcare or a large, matrixed organizationStrong strategic leadership and problem-solving skills (e.g., root cause analysis, curiosity-driven inquiry)Experience influencing cross-functional teams and engaging senior leadersDemonstrated executive presence and ability to brief conciselyExposure to workforce planning, talent strategy, or organizational designPhysical Requirements :

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay Range : Minimum Annual Salary : $92,620.00 Maximum Annual Salary : $141,265.00 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
