About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative, high-performing NICU team. Our unit manages a high-acuity, Level III / IV NICU with a dynamic patient population and a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary care.
This position follows a 6-week rotating schedule , primarily consisting of 24-hour shifts , with one week of 12-hour flex day shifts . We also welcome candidates interested in a 24-hour shift-only schedule .
Key Responsibilities
- Attend high-risk and routine deliveries
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of neonates
- Independently formulate and implement daily care plans
- Write H&Ps, daily progress notes, and delivery documentation
- Perform credentialed neonatal procedures (as applicable)
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, fellow APPs, nursing staff, and ancillary services
- Communicate daily updates and care plans to families

Required :
