Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Order entry and management
• Document creation and management including professional RFI and other communications to clients, architects / engineers, subcontractors, suppliers
• Prepares and assists in pricing and bidding of construction projects in categories HVAC products.
• Calling Queues, Trouble Queues, Open Order Queues, and work with appropriate sales associate to communicate with customer about status of that Queue
• Maintain organized process to ensure the workflow balance of customer needs and delivery logistics
• Complete take-offs from mechanical blueprints
