A company is looking for a Purchasing Specialist, remote (Mountain or Pacific Time Zones).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely processing of customer orders in accordance with service-level agreements
Issue accurate purchase orders to vendors and track product line items for proof of delivery
Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies and collaborate with sales groups on transactional contracts
Required Qualifications
BA / BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of purchasing experience or relevant roles
Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
Self-management skills with adaptability to changes and fast-paced environments
Flexible work schedule availability is required
