Employee Relations Specialist | $ 22.50 / hour | Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. | On-site| Temp-to-Hire

Job Description :

The Employee Relations Specialist provides administrative and employee support in a professional and confidential manner. This position is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and eager to learn the many facets of human resources.

Responsibilities :

  • Process FMLA requests with accuracy, sensitivity, and confidentiality
  • Assist with workers’ compensation, unemployment, and related employee matters
  • Support new hire orientations and training / development sessions
  • Help coordinate rewards and recognition programs
  • Provide administrative support, order supplies, answer phones, and manage data entry
  • Enter and maintain data across systems such as SAP and ESS
  • Prepare reports and assist with billing and documentation
  • Maintain organized files and uphold confidentiality in all work

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Calm, professional demeanor; effective in handling sensitive information

    In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly range for this position is $22.50 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
