Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among business and technical users

Document customer business requirements through formal Business Analysis processes

Coordinate projects from development through implementation, collaborating with IT teams, clients, and vendors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

8+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field

Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred

Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems

Proven ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and tasks effectively
