We are seeking an experienced Software Program Lead to join the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) software department. The Program Lead will support the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) SW Integrated Product Team (IPT) and the Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) contract. The LTAMDS SW IPT is responsible for developing integrating testing and deploying software solutions for advanced radar systems in the missile defense domain.

You will be responsible for :

• Managing the cost schedule and technical performance of software teams executing full life cycle development of multiple SW products.
• Working with program management Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE) and other engineering disciplines to define a prioritized executable SW backlog
• Communicating status and progress to SW IPT leadership program management and USG customer
• Managing EACs EVMS and Risk and Opportunity activities and artifacts
• Supporting software bids for new pursuits

The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
