Job descriptionConduct real estate closings with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. Review and approve title work, contracts, and closing documents. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws / regulations governing real estate transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and community partners. Assist with business development and represent Reli Title at industry / networking events as needed. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Alabama (required). Experience in real estate transactions, title, or closing law preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
