MAC / MDM Specialist

Salary : $35.00 USD Hourly - $40.00 USD Hourly

Description : Our client is currently seeking a MAC / MDM Specialist

As the MAC / MDM Specialist, you will serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise mobility management across Jamf, Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, Managed Google Play, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate across IT domains to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric device management solutions.

Responsibilities :

Platform Ownership & Strategy

Act as SME for Jamf, Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, Managed Google Play, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Define and implement platform roadmaps, best practices, and transformational initiatives.

Liaise with security, network, data, and AI teams to align platform capabilities with broader IT strategy.

Operational Management

Manage and maintain Jamf MDM environments (production and testing).

Administer Apple Business Manager and Intune / Entra connectors for Apple device management.

Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of MDM-enrolled macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Lead support teams and define SOPs for all scoped platforms.

Support & Automation

Provide L2 / L3 support for macOS, iOS, and Android management stacks.

Create and maintain configuration profiles, scripts, and automation workflows.

Manage security rights and ensure compliance across all platforms.

Application & Hardware Standards

Package and deploy applications for macOS and iOS.

Define and enforce hardware standards for Apple devices.

Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement

Manage vendor relationships for support and solutioning.

Oversee Android environment support through direct reports.

Handle incidents, service requests, and change management processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience managing Jamf, Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise platforms.

Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).

Experience in cross-functional collaboration with IT security, networking, and data teams.

Excellent troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
