Job Title : Regulatory SpecialistJob Description
As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating regulatory documentation, including specifications, nutritional information, and allergen statements. You will track allergens from raw materials to finished product labels and approve supplier and raw material documentation. Additionally, you will conduct internal audits and support external inspections while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded in product development. Staying current on evolving regulations across North America, EU, and Australia is essential, as is supporting backend flavor operations and label creation.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Commerce, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00 / yr.
