Sierra Vista is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Facilities Manager in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming homes for our residents. This role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor coordination to ensure our facilities meet safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.
- Assist with inspections, audits, and safety drills to maintain compliance.
- Respond to repair needs and coordinate outside vendors when required.
- Support facility projects, renovations, and updates.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
