• Hours : Monday - Friday : 8 : 30am - 5 pm.

• Average Patients seen : 18 with 4 hours of admin time weekly
• Call Schedule : Rotated call, every 7-8 weeks. Phone call only.

• Compensation : Compensation is based on experience with a range of $210k-$235k.

Additional benefits include : -403(b) with up to a 3% match after 90 days of service, with 1000 work hours per year; and a five-year vesting schedule. -Annual benefits for CEU's including up to $2,000.00 for coursework and up to 40 hours of paid CEU time;-15 days / 120 hrs. of paid time off annually accrued from date of hire; -5 days of disability reserve annually, accrued from the date of hire -7 Paid Holidays plus 2 floating holidays per year; -Florida License renewal will be reimbursed by TCCH after 90 days introductory period; -Company paid DEA renewal reimbursement after 90 days; -Annual Professional Membership renewals up to $200.00
